I can’t believe I didn’t visit sooner! I was completely blown away by the team here. The manager, Odalis, and the store lead, Danae, were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and genuinely kind. As a restaurant manager myself, I have incredibly high standards for hospitality, and these two absolutely nailed it. This is exactly the level of exceptional customer service I strive to cultivate in my own business. They made the entire experience seamless and memorable. The chocolates are fantastic, but the service from Odalis and Denae is what will keep me coming back. If you're walking through Roosevelt Field Mall, do yourself a favor and stop by. Highly recommended!

I had such a beautiful experience at the Läderach store in Roosevelt Field, and I truly felt compelled to share it. Even though the store was already closed, Joel and Danae kindly opened the door for me and welcomed me in with such warmth and grace. That level of customer service is rare and so appreciated. They did not rush me, and they treated me with so much kindness and professionalism. It meant more than they probably realize. I’m very thankful for both of them and wanted to acknowledge how exceptional they were. Läderach is lucky to have Joel and Danae representing their brand. Thank you again for going above and beyond!
